Dr. Gary L. Foutch is Anadarko Petroleum Corp. Chair and Regents Professor in the School of Chemical Engineering at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK. He holds four engineering degrees from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, Missouri.  He has 33 years experience with research is fields related to this project: reactor design/kinetics and water treatment.  Dr. Foutch has held seven summer faculty positions in industry and national laboratories.  He was a Fulbright Scholar in England and the recipient of an international award from the Society of Chemical Industry, London in the field of water treatment by ion exchange.  He has approximately 200 publications and presentations including co-authorship of an encyclopedia chapter on Reactors in the Process Industry that focuses directly on the work involved in this project.
