Kevin Wall, a Built Environment Fellow of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), is a civil engineer and town planner.

Much of his recent work has been on effectiveness of government spending on infrastructure, and ways to improve the quality, reliability and sustainability of that infrastructure.
