Bobbie Louton earned an MA in Development Administration from Western Michigan University in 1996. She has been involved with WRC-funded research conducted by Partners in Development on the deep row entrenchment of sludge, pit emptying technologies, pour flush technology and the health impact of sanitation work on workers and householders.
