Bincy Baby currently heads the Convergence Business Group of Eram Scientific Solutions, who are the makers of India’s First Electronic Public Toilet “eToilet”. With professional experience of over seventeen years   in multiple domains like ICT and convergence technology, she works in conceptualization, planning, and promotion of social and development projects.  Her interest areas are in social implications of technology, future technology for society and the like. She had been instrumental in making a strategic positioning of the company in the developmental and social spectrum. The team led by her is providing support and direction of the Company to venture into developmental and technical avenues at a global scale.

She was responsible for conceptualising, developing and implementing large scale IT projects of Government of Kerala, India for over a decade.  Specializes in large scale IT Projects, convergence technology Management, conceptualization, strategic planning, e-governance projects, and Information Security Management System.  She   played a key role in the implementation of Akshaya world’s largest e-literacy and empowerment project in the ICT for Development (ICT4D) sector. She was closely involved in projects for e-Governance implementations and National eGovernance Plan (NeGP) of Government of India, being implemented in Kerala. Her paper on Akshaya model of Service Delivery was adjudged one of the best by the National E-governance Conference of India in 2008. She is a Civil Engineering Graduate and holds a post graduation in Business Administration.
