Isabel Blackett is a Senior Sanitation Specialist for the World Bank’s Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) based in the East Asia and Pacific regional office, working mainly in Indonesia, Timor-Leste and Papua New Guinea but also recently on WSP’s emerging urban sanitation agenda. She has a Masters from Loughborough University, UK and has worked for WSP since 2005. Prior to her current job, she worked in Africa and East Asia for UNICEF, UK Department for International Development (DFID), KfW, in the private sector, and for various other bi-lateral development agencies.
